Wax Poetic books appointments almost solely online.
When booking online you will be asked to enter your credit card information to hold your appointment. Your information will be securely stored for contactless checkout and future appointments. You will not be charged prior to the appointment and you may choose to use a different tender at checkout.

Canceling and Rescheduling
Wax Poetic asks for at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.
* For full sets of lash extensions and/or 2 hours or more of services scheduled we require a 48-hour notice.
If you need to cancel or reschedule our online booking will allow cancellation and rescheduling in most cases before 24 hours of scheduled service. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, please call or text (919.923.6556) or email contact@waxpoeticnc.com.
Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, will be charged 50% of the missed service(s) to the card on file. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of service value.
Life happens, things come up, and exceptions will be made for unique circumstances, but please understand our strict cancellation policy.
